Job Description:
AppLike GmbH’s adjoe platform is a premier mobile advertising platform providing cutting-edge advertising and monetization options for app developers. As a Technical Account Manager, you will oversee the technical onboarding of new application partners, facilitate seamless integration, and assist clients in optimizing business objectives through data-driven insights. You will diagnose and resolve integration difficulties while maintaining a client-centric approach within a multinational team committed to expanding adjoe’s reach.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the technical onboarding process for new application partners.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technological solutions that guarantee optimal client outcomes.
Support the supply business team by analyzing and visualizing data to enhance the attainment of KPIs.
Assist app developers in surmounting integration challenges, including alterations to mobile application code.
Anticipate integration issues and collaborate with product teams to formulate solutions.
Ensure thorough and accessible documentation of the integration process.
Engage with an English-speaking, international team focused on platform development.

Requirements:

Proficient in articulating intricate technical knowledge to business and client teams with clarity.
Expertise in data analysis, insight generation, and process documentation.
Robust analytical and communication abilities, coupled with proficiency in SQL for database queries.
Fundamental understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and testing of HTTP REST endpoints.
Proficiency in Java or experience in application development (advantageous).
