Job Description:
G2 Recruitment GmbH is seeking several Junior Recruitment Consultants to join our rapidly expanding Munich office in the vibrant Werksviertel district. In addition, we partner with SMEs and large multinational companies in industries such as Industrial Automation, Automotive, Renewables, and Semiconductors, thus providing skilled Engineers and Developers throughout Germany. We are looking for motivated, university-educated professionals with a keen interest in sales and business and a strong desire to grow and succeed.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clients and candidates from start to finish, including job briefings and interview feedback.
Utilize business development techniques to identify new clients and provide applicable recruitment solutions.
Identify and qualify candidates to present to clients.
Build relationships with clients and candidates to become an expert in your sector.
Collaborate with colleagues to support overall team and office goals.
Work in established sectors to widen our footprint and identify new market opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.
Clearly defined motivators suitable for a goal-driven environment.
Motivation for a meritocratic culture.
Desire for a sales-based role; previous experience is a bonus.
Solutions-focused, resilient mindset.
Ability to think reactively in a fast-paced office.
Precise and direct communicator.
Must live in or be relocating to Munich (within a commutable distance from Werksviertel).
Must possess the right to work in Germany (no VISA sponsorship for non-EU citizens).
Fluency in German is desirable but not essential.

Benefits:

Uncapped commission structure with an OTE of €45,000 in the first year, €70-80k in the second year, and €90-100k in the third year.
Basic salary of €34,000 for undergraduate degree holders, €35,000 for master’s degree holders, and €37,000 for those with a degree and minimum B2 German proficiency.
