Job Description: Riverty Group GmbH is seeking a Junior BCMS Manager to join their team in Berlin. In this role, you will assist in managing and maintaining the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), ensuring that business continuity and disaster recovery processes are effectively implemented and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the BCMS.
– Support the identification and assessment of business continuity risks and impacts.
– Help to develop and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
– Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the BCMS and recommend improvements.
– Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to business continuity policies and procedures.
– Provide support during business continuity drills and exercises.
Requirements:
– Degree in business administration, risk management, or a related field.
– Previous experience or knowledge in business continuity management or risk management is a plus.
– Strong organizational and analytical skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in German and English.
