Job Description: R.Power Deutschland GmbH is looking for an Administration and Accounting Specialist to join their team in Germany. The role involves supporting project administration, managing accounting and HR documentation, and liaising with the Warsaw headquarters. You will also engage with tax advisors, assist the finance department, and handle legal aspects of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support for ongoing projects (SPV).

– Manage and control accounting and HR documentation.

– Maintain administrative cooperation and documentation exchange with the Warsaw headquarters.

– Communicate with tax advisors and optimize the tax structure.

– Assist in collecting market information for the Financial Department.

– Handle legal aspects of recruitment for R.Power Germany.

– Prepare external and internal documents (letters, applications, various documentation).

– Archive accounting documentation and oversee the circulation of documents, correspondence, and information within the company.

Requirements:

– Knowledge and/or experience in accounting is essential.

– Secondary or higher education, preferably in finance, accounting, or administration.

– Proficient in MS Office.

– Strong communication skills and organizational abilities.

– Can-do attitude, responsibility, and diligence.

– Availability during office hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
