Job Description:

We are looking for a Process Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Baden-Baden, Münster, or Verl. In this role, you will provide international support and act as a link between Operational Finance and the Business Unit. You will be responsible for formulating specifications and technical requirements, ensuring their correct implementation by the IT department, and modeling digital booking processes for product innovations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide support within Operational Finance and link to the Business Unit.
Formulate specifications and technical requirements and check their implementation.
Model digital booking processes for product innovations and enhancements.
Act as the finance specialist within a multidisciplinary team for financially relevant inquiries.

Requirements:

Successfully completed degree in business administration, business mathematics, business informatics, or comparable training with relevant experience.
Practical experience in financial management.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
IT affinity, good knowledge of MS Office, and initial experience with BPM tools.
Confident communication skills in written and spoken English.
