Job Description: Join KWS Group as a Team Lead Production Controlling and take a pivotal role in shaping excellence within our production controlling team. You will manage and develop a team, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive continuous improvement in production controlling standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and develop a team of production controlling professionals.
– Develop, harmonize, and implement KWS-wide guidelines and improve controlling standards and processes.
– Provide data and analysis on production processes and costs for global business units.
– Develop and implement production controlling tools in collaboration with various business units.
– Ensure key user support in relevant SAP modules (SAP CO-PA, ML, Cogs).
– Define system requirements, assess change requests, and provide system training for controllers.
Requirements:
– Academic degree in business administration or international business with a focus on controlling.
– Extensive experience in controlling within an international company.
– Proven expertise in production controlling and process development.
– Strong leadership skills and experience with relevant IT systems (MS Office, SAP).
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
– Very good command of English (German skills are a plus).
